2016 Kawasaki ER6F
The Seaside Charity Ride 2016 was an event set up by Jordan Beale in support of BBC Children in Need. Unfortunately, the cold weather seemed to be too much and other riders failed to make an appearance, but this gave me plenty of time to get to know Jordan.
Passing your test is only the first challenge, after which you must decide what type of motorbike you would like to ride. Jordan chose a brand-new Kawasaki ER6F as his first machine and for good reason too. A solid engine with smooth power delivery makes the ER6F a perfect first big bike.
Most people think green when they hear Kawasaki but they do come in other colours too, like this excellent metallic red which compliments the shape of the fuel tank and fairings nicely when in direct sunlight.
I am pleased to say that despite the poor turnout for the ride Jordan completed the 300 mile round route solo to Hunstanton and back.
